For security reasons, we prefer all orders be placed online by the credit cardholder but never hesatae to call us. We try as hard as we can to avoid backorders but they do happen sometimes. As a practice we do not hold backorders will ship them ASAP. We may, however, contact you when we receive a backordered item back in stock. To be sure to get your backordered item, we ask that you check back with us or send an email to "Click Here" requesting to be notified when an item becomes available.
TOTAL TIME FOR SHIPPING
Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.We try to ship all orders within 72 hours of receiving your order this does not include weekends. This includes Next Day, 2nd Day and Expedited orders as well.
LOCAL PICKUPS (Will Call)
If you would like to pick up your order at our local location, please place your order online, and include a note that you would like to pickup your order. We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less the shipping. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). For order or item returned with in the 30 day return limit with out an Authorization code there will be a 10% restocking fee added. So please let us know via email or the phone so we can get your R/A #. (We just want to know what is coming back).
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please send the item(s) with a copy of the original order/receipt and a note stating that you'd like to return the item(s) for credit. Please make sure the item(s) returned are in restockable condition with all boxes, tags and wrapping still intact. BicycleEverything does not issue credit for shipping and handling charges. All special order items are non-refundable. Any item that has been used or installed is not returnable. All return merchandise must be accompanied a copy of the original invoice. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
If there are any discrepancies in shipping, please notify BicycleEverthing by email within 5 working days upon receipt of order. Within 30 days from the receipt of your order, if you would like to exchange an item (or items), please send the item(s) with a copy of the original order/receipt and a note stating that you'd like to exchange the item(s). Customer must pay for all shipping charges related to the exchange. All special order items cannot be exchanged or returned.
BicycleEverything cannot accept any merchandise for exchange that has been installed, used, damaged, soiled or tags removed. Merchandise for exchange must be in the same condition as you received it otherwise it will be refused and sent back to customer. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page we also reserve the right to ship via a different carrier.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We ofter two options for Canada and Australia, you can use our direct shipping method or the BONGO shipping process explained below. All other countries will need to use the BONGO shipping method. We use UPS Expedited Shipping. Select International Customer when checking out. If your credit card is registered outside the USA, we must verify your credit card information prior to processing your order. Please make sure that your credit card company is informed of your order as well as the shipping address if it's different from your billing address. Customer is responsible for all customs and duties. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. If the order is refused and sent back to BicycleEverything.com, customer is responsible for the return fees assessed by UPS and billed to your credit card.

We have partnered with Bongo International Parcel and Mail Forwarding to service our international customers.
Bongo International provides its customers with their very own US address (not a P.O. Box). Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. SHORTAGES AND ERRORS
In the event of a shortage or error on your shipment, please contact us within two working days of receiving your order. We will make every attempt to rectify these problems to your satisfaction. All shipments are double checked and weighed for accuracy.
All refused orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
BicycleEverything does not handle any warranty work. All warranty work is handled by the distributor or service center on many product. If you have a warranty issue for any item that you purchased through our store/site, please contact us by email or call us at 888-222-9887 to make the necessary arrangements.
Any shipping damage must be reported to the shipping company. Remember to save the box and all packaging for inspection.
