The Contact is the jack-of-all-trades amongst city and trekking tyres. Its tread has been designed based upon the principles of bionics. A uniform centre tread/belt assembly ensures a smooth and speedy ride on the road. Flexible shoulder lugs and fine sipes guarantee grip in curves and on loose surfaces.

The tyre construction itself rounds off the overall high quality. Ultra fine carcass fabric reduces the rolling resistance while providing a noticeably more comfortable ride. We are so convinced of its SafetySystem puncture protection that we offer a 1 year guarantee against tyre failure.

New for 2006: the Contact Extralight 42-622 comes with a foldable bead and a lightweight and silky sidewall. Weight 450g only !
