If you experience a problem that is a defect in materials or workmanship DeFeet® warrants your products for one year from the date of purchase, and we will repair or replace your products at no charge. DeFeet® has the sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects. Holes due to crashes and obvious abuse are NOT a manufacturer’s defect. For warranty claims you must return your DeFeet® products to DeFeet®,with a proof of purchase, the completed Exchange and Repair Form (click for form), and contact information. We built our reputation on a quality, performance oriented product and we stand behind everything we manufacture. We encourage you to send your DeFeet® products by a traceable method (such as FedEx or UPS), as DeFeet® is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Important: To return your DeFeet® product for warranty, please pack them carefully to avoid damage in shipment. Ship via UPS or FedEx so that your package can be traced if lost. We will not be responsible for lost packages or damages due to improper packaging and/or mailing. Include with your product a printed version of the DeFeet® Warranty, Exchange and Repair Form. If there is a replacement charge, we will call you to authorize the replacement.
